First, how many miles on the bike, or brakes.(If they have been changed before.) Have you adjusted the rear brake recently? The Dunlap is a fairly descent tire and unless it is worn, weather cracked, or shows other signs of abuse/wear it should be OK. Is there any grease or oil coming from around it? That is about all I can come up with. Maybe others have some other ideas.
